Does ws4777 can send a signal over a wire 110Volts to control a modul lamp ?
Exemple: set ws4777 to B3 and control a Lamp modul setted to B3 ?
Or
set ws4777 to B4 and AHP start a Macro defined to B3 ?

The WS4777 is just a receiver like the WS467 - it doesn't transmit anything. It requires the same wiring as a mechanical 3-way switch.

Does exist a Wall Swich that can control his ceiling lamp and a module lamp to same X10 Address ?

In an earlier response to one of your posts I recall providing a link to a wall-box-mounted transmitter. Look it up.

I know, a XPT module can send a x10 signal to any module, but can't operate 110V directly a lamp !
I know that can use a relay, but I would like a Wall switch that can send signal x10 and turn ON/Off 110V a Bulbs to ceiling but without relay !
It's just a transmitter by wiring !

You can have two or more modules on the same address. A macro or timer can be made to turn both on or off at the same time.
I have two modules on the same address (B6and B7). The timers turn both on and off a the same times.

Sorry that wasn't helpful. Take at look at the Smarthome ToggleLinc (http://www.smarthome.com/23890w.html). I think it may do what you want.
