Title: Home security / on alert I can't install

Impossible to install ActiveHome Pro Security
I have always this message
A newer version of this installation is on the server. Please re-download this installation.

If you had spent some time rading some posts in this section you would have found this post Newer version on server (Read 1999 times) (http://www.x10community.com/forums/index.php?topic=10181.0)
Read it! ;) You find the answer to fix your problem! ;) :D ;D
Once you have your problem solved take some time and read some of the other posts especialy the sticky ones they are very helpful! ;) :D ;D

my english is not good but I read many times......
I send 3 email  (2 @support 1 @ service) and did not have answer

The problem is twofold.  X10 is supposed to be aware of this, it's not new.

The thread that Tuicemen referred you to is more of the message you got.

The question that needs to be asked is WHEN IS X10 GOING TO FIX THE PROBLEM???

mog: when you e-mail support provide your order number and state "the download link doesn't work"
Ask them to Please e-mail you a copy of the file!  
You can also call 1-800-675-3044 ext.2629 !
If you still have problems with this Private Message me!

Dan: I've brought this issue to the attention of X10 several times ::) ::)
Problem is they are having many rollovers and the original person who set up the download link or /and the one that was to fix it is probably is no longer with X10.

I received the file from X10 tech support.
It's working.
