Expand your macros functionality! ???
X10dispatch found a little utility called AutoHotKey (http://www.autohotkey.com/) he posted a short write up here (http://www.accessha.com/forums/x10dispatch/1624-extra-pc-automation-capabilities.html)
It really can be used with any homeautomation software that has the capabilities to launch an executable.
AHP uses the windows command option found in the macros options to do this. ;)
This little program may end up being a great work around tool for some! ;)
The best thing about this little program is you don't have to know anything about writing scripts it does it all for you ;) :D ;D

Been playing with this little sript writer lately!
Just Awesome I can do almost any thing now remotely with the PC via the Phone (AlertDialer) or voice (BXVC or BVC) or even a X10 remote and AHP!  ;) :D ;D
Can't get AHP to use your USB Cam or capture card hey this will do it! ;)
Since AlertDialer only sends one command per dial in or out you could create a script to do multiple things like turn Activehome Pro ,BVC and X10dispatcher on, send email, then trigger a virus scan, start you downloading program to get that song you've been trying to get and etc, etc...... you get the picture! ;) :D ;D

I somehow missed this post before, Tuicemen. This does appear to be an intersting find.

Tuicemen: This little program ROCKS!

I finally got a Round Tuit and tried it out.
Since I don't use a VA11A, and therefore cannot use iWitness, this program allows me to save a snapshot from any camera via the internet and X10Dispatcher.

One observation: even though the "*.ahk" program can be executed directly from the pc by doulde clicking, I did have to place it inside a "*.bat" file for AHP to execute it.

Hey thanks Puck!
The best part about this program is it's  free. The second is you don't write the script(it does it)!
I knew you for one would find it helpful  ;) I'm sure once others get Round Tuit    they'll find many other possible uses for it! ;)
I only hope they share their ideas  ;)  ::)
