Title: activePro for ws13a and xps3
Post by: anhnn100 on August 21, 2007, 11:39:51 AM
I can control ws12a, but dont know why cannot control sw13a ans xps3.  Both of them are using for fluorescent.  The sw13a connect to ws14a for 3-way light.   Does the software work for them?

Are you using Active Home or Active Home Professional?  If Active Home and the CM11A serial interface, the correct forum is the one dealing with Active Home.

Were are the WS12As in relation to the WS13A/WS14A installation? You may have a signal problem to the area where the WS13A/WS14A unit are installed. If you set them all [as a test] to the same address can you then turn them on; with an ON  command; to the common address?
The WS13A/WS14A switches do work manually?

I used to use remote control to turn lights on/off.  It work find with remote or manual.  I just cannot control by the activeHomePro software with the sw13a and sps3.  The software just turn it off, but not on.
