Title: HOME SECURITY

CAN SOME ONE HELP - MY MAIN CONTROL PANEL IS GOING OFF WITH RANDOM DOOR AND OR WINDOW SENSOR OPENINGS - BRAND NEW SYSTEM - BRAND NEW BATTERIES - ITS BEEN HAPPENING FROM DAY ONE - THE HOUSE IS QUIET - NO MOVEMENT - NO MOTIONS ARE CONNECTED AT ALL - THEN ALL OF A SUDDEN A CHIIME WILL GO OFF THAT A DOOR OR WINDOW WAS OPENED - ITS NOT THE SAME ZONE EVERY TIME - MY ELECTRICIAN MENTIONED I MAY NEED A FILTER - WHAT TYPE OF FILTER IS THERE IF ANY

Hello wwwstu711com,

1) Please do not use all capital letters; this is a widely interpreted form of cyber-yelling, and it is more difficult to read. Both reasons will cause people to not reply. ;)

2) You posted in the ActiveHome Pro section, but it sounds like a security system problem. Please add some more information about your set up (model numbers help a lot).

3) What have you tried already (if anything).
