Hi There:
While trying to download AHP I get the message: Error X10net Interface.
I already try this: http://kbase.x10.com/wiki/ActiveHome_Pro_Reinstallation
I am still having the same error. I am sharing the list of my PC information in case somebody can help me. I have Avast. Do I really need to unistall it or only temporary disable it?

ISP provider is: Infinitum in Mexico (I am located in Nogales, Sonora. Border town with Nogales, Arizona)
Avast (security program)
I attached the Windows Task Manager paint document
I only use this computer for the kids and home applications, internet.
Icons show next to the System Tray: Windows desktop, Network Connection, Avast
