Title: Setting delays less than 1 minute

I want to turn off a module and then turn it back on 10 seconds later.  I can't seem to figure out
how to set a delay other than for whole minutes.  I see some postings referring to setting delays in
seconds but I don't find that option in the software.

I am using active home version 1.4 with the CM11a on com1.  Any hints?
