I just released a package that allows you to use your iPhone as an X10 remote. Check it out. I'm got two published iPhone apps and am looking for more opportunities. Ideas are welcome.

Wow! Impressive!
Does this only work with the iPhone or will it work with the iTouch also? i.e. Does it require a phone link or a wifi link?
Note to monitor: While this is a product that he is marketing at almost a giveaway price might I add, I believe it is of interest to the home automation group here. My vote is to not delete it. I for one found it to be an extremely interesting application that I would not of heard of otherwise.

I agree.
You can see an iphone controlling X10 in "action" via YouTube (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=UcsLqet4zK8&feature=related).

There are a number of applications that can utilize you cell phone(PDAs) to control X10 things!
But this is the first I've seen using linux! ;)
Thanks for sharing iPhoneczar ! ;)

iPhoneczar, this is great work. I am not trying to hijack your thread so I apologize in advance.
I got a lot of requests for a native application for the iPod and iPhone instead of a web application. So I created X10 Commander (http://melloware.com/products/x10commander/) upon request by a couple of my die hard users of Intelliremote. Unfortunately it only works on Windoze though so the Linux users out there won't be happy.
So far I have gotten really postive feedback and I support the CM11, CM12, CM15, CM17 Firecracker, and CM19 X10 modules. If interested check it out....if you are already using iPhoneczar's webapp please continue to do so and support his work!!

p.s. I have been recommending your webapp to people who come to my site and ask about Linux support. Hope you don't mind!

Most of the alarm systems have custom remote control. For example my friend has a Vector Alarm system which uses X10 and they already have a native IPhone app for monitoring and turning on and off your home security system.

Another option is to use logmein.com from your iPhone or iTouch to access the computer where AHP is installed.
