Title: Can't install On-alert plugin
Post by: birdzeye on May 10, 2008, 02:25:29 PM
Just bought AHP with all plugins and On-alert plugin won't install---error message: "newer version available on server, please redownload"

Phoned x10 and they emailed the link to download OnAlert again, which turns out to be the same OLD VERSION. What's going on?

If x10 can't even email me the proper version to install, and I just bought this thing so it should be the correct version, then I am considering getting a refund before I've even got this thing going. That's incredibly BAD SERVICE. >:(

I CAN'T BELIEVE THIS!

Brian H, x10 emailed me the install file which is supposed to work, but it is in fact the same install file that will not work. I get the same error message "newer version on server etc...) and the install terminates.

KDR, I've had about 6 files sent from X10 after yours and they are all the same issue "newer version on server...."
