Title: SH624 Delay Dialing Out

Hello while testing a friends new system I noticed that there's a slight delay when the alarm is triggered before the console dials out I would say about 5 to 7 seconds. Just wondering if this is normal, on my older system it dials out almost instantly. I know they have made minor changes on the SH624 like addressing the zone sticking problem so maybe this is normal now, anyone else notice or can able confirm the delay on a recently purchased unit.

Here's another thing I just noticed on my friends system, I just tried the panic mode and the unit dialed out the instructions say that it doesn't dial out unless armed it definitely wasn't armed so I'm wondering if I got ANOTHER defective unit anyone else notice this on a new console. Thanks
