Title: Need help with downloading the XCamPro add-on for Sentinel remote access

I have a small system, 2 Vanguards, 1 Sentinel and a nightwatch connected through a quad.  I have been trying to remotely access the sentinel website.  Frustratingly enough!!! something is preventing me from being able to download the XCam Pro add-on that's required to view ANYTHING.  I'm so tired of that blinking black screen and the "done" at the bottom.  It's DONE alright!!!  I've talked to a couple of the folks at tech support.  The last fellow helped me try three different avenues, even to the point of downloading firefox.  If I had been successful, I wouldn't be here venting.  Anyone have any ideas???
