Title: Laptop video camera comes on when I launch Active Home Pro.

When I start Active Home Pro, my laptop camera above the display comes on.  I cannot seem to be able to use it as a video monitor or determine why it comes on.  It is always off and is not used in any other application that I run.  Ideas?
