Title: Key chain Remote won't deactivate on AHP

I cant not deactivate, or disarm my virtual security system on AHP using the Keychain Remote,  I can arm it, but I can't disarm it, any suggestions?

Make sure the disarm switch is working.  Check the status report in Active Home Pro while clicking the remote.  Now that I think about it though that might only work if you have the OnAlert addon.  Check the switch anyway......

Thank you for your reply, I got it working now, I installed a previous version of the AHP software, which notified me of an update, did the update, & the keychain is working properly. I read this fix in this forum on an other thread, & it worked.
