Anyone want an email photo of what type of wire with telephone connectors on each end and the separate connector that I am using to hook up to my SC 16A wired camera, send me a PM, you can increase your mounting range. One jacketed wire carries audio, video and voltage. Don't have the slightest idea on how to post a photo on this site.
Just sent a roll to a guy in TN and am waiting to see if he was successful in his use. Tinkered with this about three years ago and forgot about it, got a PM from him and spurred my interest again.

Thanks Dave, tried it out, photos are too large and were rejected. Will work on that aspect.

If you have absolutely NO image software... and your using or have access to a Windows computer... you should at least have Paint. Paint is part of the Window Accessories programs (click the start button.. then select all programs.. click accessories... select Paint). Once in Paint open your image (click file [top left] then select open.... browse to find your image) Once you can see your image in paint... click Image (it's at the top to the right of file) then select Resize/Skew and resize by percentage.
Be sure to save any image changes to a new name (so as not to alter your original image). A good image size for posting is 300 or 400 pixels (at the largest side). About 10 or 20 percent of a normal digital cameras image size.

using cat 5 cable can be used if you follow same color guide at both ends, which can get you more distance. (more than the 60" you get with wired x10 cameras
