i am on my second remote can get everything to work except the favorites dont know what its sending but not what i programed ok with o and 1 but beyond that its useless
like i said this is the second one x10 support after fours calls says it should work not sure whats happening can even set a macro to send the correct numbers but not favorites
any ideas
ps had to use learn to set up the dish dvr but it works ok javascript:void(0);

i agree throw it away x10 support -10 will never buy from them again

What do you mean?
You programmed the channel number after you selected the "favorites" icon, correct?

I MEAN IT ONLY WILL punch out 0000 will not work with any other number
even though the remote works or i can set macros to use other number favorites only work with zero

some additional info favorites only will work with the last key learned explains why zero was working if the last key taught is 2 then this key will work but no others
please helps this is silly should work otherwise i am going to keep telling people to be very careful before buying >! -:)

guess there all gone to lunch another update the favorites do not not not work if you use the learn command for the keys
should be a simple software fix
or has anybody got the dish network dvr to work with any codes does not work with any on there list
hopefully someone will spend a little time researching this
