Title: Need heavy duty 115 VAC Appliance module

The appliance modules I have are rated for 1/3 HP motors - and the 15 Amp and 20 Amp modules are 220 VAC with 220 Volt plug arrangements - not the standard 15 Amp 115 3-prong configuration. 

I have a 3/4 HP, 115 VAC motor with the 115 VAC 3-prong plug on a water pump in my basement that I want to be able to turn on/off with a wireless handheld remote from my kitchen. What X10 items do I need to do this?

I also want this remote to open/close the garage door which has a standard opener with a push button switch inside the garage. I think the X10 Universal Module UM506 would be the choice here, but I don't know how to activate it with a handheld remote.

X10Pro makes a 20 Amp 120 Volt Outlet. They don't list the maximum HP. Just no more than 20 amps total as it has a switched AC wire you could run to an additional outlet to also control it.
XPR is the model.

Just plug in a TM751 transceiver and set it to the same House code that you use for the remote and the Universal Module UM506. Letters are House codes... the numbers are unit codes. The best way to use the UM506 for closing the door is setup the UM506 as a secondary door activation button... but run it through a security alarm magnetic reed switch as well. Position the reed switch so as it will only allow the circuit to close (trigger the door closed) if the door is in the UP position.
