Title: Socket Rocket
Post by: Squirrel1162 on May 24, 2010, 10:28:20 AM
I recently purchased two (2) socket rockets along with a lamp module and control unit.  I have the lamp module installed and it works great.  However, I can't seem to get the socket rockets to work at all!  I am running Windows 7 on my laptop.  Any ideas as to what I might be doing wrong?  Any tips, tricks and help will be greatly appreciated.

Did you try the default address of A1?
Do you have any phase coupling between the phases in the home? As you may have a signal strength issue between the Interface and the socket rocket.
Try moving the Socket Rocket to a different location maybe on the same circuit as the CM15A Interface as a test.
