Title: Email Requests for help or information

I have received several emails recently that indicated I had not responded to a query when in fact I had indeed responded.  It is likely that spam filtering has been intercepting replies from my business domain jvde.us.

I always respond to a query even when it has no relation to any of my equipment.  Often these are just requests for help, and I am happy to give troubleshooting suggestions.

Because I spend a significant amount of my day answering these emails, please be sure that my email response will not be rejected by your spam filter.
