Title: Like to know about X10 Commander

I have X10 alarm system coming next work and and software and etc to hook it up to my PC. i have iphome like to get X10 Commander . Will that arm and disarm the system ? Thinking that way i don't have to carry the remote with me i just do it from my phone.

I am no expert on X10 Commander but I do know Melloware does have a forum at his Web Site (http://melloware.com/products/x10commander/) (as well as many posts here (http://forums.x10.com/index.php?topic=16616.msg91571#msg91571)). If you do find you are unable to disarm [I am sure you'll be able to easily ARM] the alarm (using the iphone) altering/modding/hacking a security remote to be used with a Universal Module (UM506) (http://www.x10.com/automation/x10_um506.htm) so as to make remote (iphone) DIS-arm usage possible.
