I know some of you here are anti-facebook, but - you can all just ignore this. :P
I'm sure some have already read it:

And a few of us have posted (you get to guess which one was me! Ha ha)

Well I don't know you well enough, Dr. Fiero, but my personal favorite is the X10 response...
"We regularly monitor the forum and will continue to."

They maybe monitoring the forums.
I saw a new Administrator name showing in the 'Users Active in the last 15 minutes' line of the main page.

Two Administrators here on 09/14/2010 and I believe both where associated with X10.

Monitoring the forums isn't the same as interacting with the clientele. Come on X10! Why do we forum member carry the weight for you all? This is your forum, so talk to us here. Maybe we can learn from each other.
Just don't send me to the latest, hippest fad website for info from you all. I don't care if you guys can't answer the tough questions. We have guys for that. Just how about throwing us some contests or product development tidbits.

Yes monitoring and responding are 100% different. :'

In their defense, they have been quite vocal on Facebook.
It must be helping their advertising, as well. Every post anyone makes is sent around to all their friends.
It would appear that this "yahoo group"-type forum is really 2000 in this Facebook, Twitter era. :-\
Even if they posted "Yeah, that sounds like a great idea" on a post here or there, or a link to the wiki when people have questions it would be beneficial. B:(
