I bought an mt12a a while back...the screen is messed up (part of the right hand numeral and several of the other icons do not display) and the battery backup does not back up (yes I tried known good batteries). I do not know if the warranty is in effect. I can't remember exactly when I bought it. Do you have records of my order history so you can look it up?
