Title: Ballpark, how often do sensor batteries need replaced?

Also, if a sensor's batteries go below the threshold while armed, does that trip the alarm?  Thank you!

I have not see one yet, but I believe it sends a Low Battery Warning to the console.
How the console acts. I am not sure. I believe it may not arm but if armed already?
