Title: Lost touchscreen function

Hi,
After trying out USB keyboard and mouse, the touchscreen function has stopped working. Now the only way to use the Airpad is with a keyboard or mouse! (wired or wireless) I have tried factory reset, and flashing the new ROM, but even though the software claims that the update was successful, the version on the Airpad remains the same.  B:(

Ideas?

Now I have also allowed the device to go completely dead and tried again. No change.

I will check into this for you. I have used keyboards a few times, and have not had this problem. It sounds like it might be a defective device. Send me your name, phone number, order number, etc. If i come to the conclusion that it is in fact a defect, I will have a customer service rep call you for an RMA. yb@x10.com
