Title: Who can help ? X10 programming

I want to program the following idea in php or javascript to use on my home server, but my programming skills aren't so good:

I will be using xanura x10 modules which can handle status request with the cm15pro interface: http://www.marmitek.com/en/products/home-automation-security/x-10-home-automation/formerly-xanurahome.php
I will be using ActivePro SDK software ahcmd.exe, etc command, and probably with extended x10 codes

On the photo (attached) you will be able to see two concepts of button layout work flow with should be placed on a website layout to control lights and appliances, etc...

Who is able to help me with this?
