Title: Filesystem read-only
Post by: Er.1c on December 06, 2011, 12:06:12 PM
Hello!

Has anyone managed to upgrade the binaries, such as "su"? When I try, I get the message that my file system is read-only.
I've tried using an application called "root explorer", but he can not go back mode read / write.

Can anyone help me?

It doesn't seem as if its possible.

If the update prompts are annoying you, you can turn them off by opening SuperUser, going to preferences, and unchecking the box next to notifications.

Thank you for your interest, DemDave

You mean you can not have write access?
I'm trying to do procedures such as super-user. I do not care notifications.

If it is useful to know, use the ROM 110920_002.

Thanks in advance for your help.

Yes, the filesystem seems to be read-only. There have been some discussions here on it (though I can't seem to find them now), and greater discussion on Slatedroid and other sites (look under "Lanyu 910" as it's the same tablet as the Airpad.)
