I believe new users with Newbie status have some limitations on what they can post in the forums.

Hi hjr007,

In the firefox push mode, I do not have the option for record.  I emailed the company and wait for their reply.  :-[

Several problems were discussed in this thread, what problem are you referring to?
If you are referring to the English language problem, try pressing holding the reset button on the unit for approximately 30 seconds to reset the camera.

regcorbett,

Is the problem in the IP camera tool or after you connect to the camera?  If this problem occurs after you have connected to the camera, try using a different internet browser.

I'm having the same problem - when the IP Camera Tool opens the Green Web app - all Titles and Links are "undefined".

If I select other languages from the Drop-Down for a while, sometimes English language will finally show English text rather than undefined.

This makes it impossible to use the camera.  ???

I have experienced this with Foscam cameras. Seems the network connection gets a little funky. Usually a camera re-boot solves the problem, although a re-set may be necessary if it's really toasted.

Cheers!

I also had the same problem when using my laptop to do the initial installation. Couldn't figure out why, but was able to get around it by using another laptop. Both laptops are the same brand, model and the internet security settings where the same. Even using the same anti-virus software. Still unsure why I get the "Undefined" buttons using the one laptop. To me something is blocking the active X from loading.
