cant get either of my airsight camera's to record on alarm yes the box is checked they take pictures and send email on alarm but no recording

any ideas and they will manually record  javascript:void(0);

Have the same problem. If I shut off the email send it will record video on alarm.  Seems like it won't do both.

New info.  I was playing around with some different senerios. If I have the IP camera tool program up and running on my desktop with both the record option on alarm and email checked it will do both.  It will not record unless the program is actively running on my desktop.
