Title: square box/no pic

i have 3 cameras....one wont let see the pix because of square outline box on the screen....active x is working as the other cameras r working.....another point is i can click on mobile and i get a picture...but pic when i click on ie...any help would be appreciated.....thanks

That sounds like active X is not working properly. Reboot each camera by unplugging them and reboot your computer as well. That should fix the problem.

Also, make sure you are using internet explorer as your browser.
