I was really excited about this ip camera given the features and price point. Boy was I disappointed. I spent hours with x10, ATT DSL and ATT mobile tech supports to no avail. Wireless would not connect and forget about remote access using DDNS. The techs tried to be helpful but in the end I was told to contact someone else. Went around in circles for days and NOTHING. I am returning the unit and purchasing another brand, admittedly more $, but with great reviews.
