Title: xx34a freezing and rebooting when using pan/tilt

I've had the camera for about 1 month now and it's setup wireless to view from the internet. ...under camera settings I set a permanent IP address. I can view it from my computer and my thunderbolt smartphone....no problems there.....About 50% of the time it works great but the other 50% it freezes and/or reboots, mostly when I use the pan/tilt function. Could this be a firmware problem ? Anyone else having this problem ? Any help would be appreciated, Thanks

Try doing a factory reset. I think that this should fix this problem.
