I just connected a replacement XX36A camera. The picture is out of focus for any distance over about two feet from the camera. Is there any way to readjust the focus?? Thanks!

Turn the silver ring that surround the lens. :)

Thanks, but I looked at that first. There is no silver ring around the lens. only a thin black collar that does not move.

I have the exact same problem. I bought and installed my AirSight camera in my shop. It took a lot to get it to work properly but when it was working it ran for about 10 days just fine. Now the image is blurry and the broadcast is very poor. I was told to return the camera for a replacement.

To set the focus in the XX36A, you need to remove the aluminum bezel and glass from the front of the lens. The bezel unscrews. Once it is removed, you can turn the lens to set the proper focus for your application. Once it is set, then reattach the bezel - note: just make it snug. If it is overtightened the glass may break.

I have a as new outdoor wide eye airsight xx42a. It used to be a xx36a or xx38a. It is out of focus. Is there a way to adjust the focus on this camera?

These instructions will work on a XX42A as well:

Its was easy to remove the benzel but the black lens does not turn, I think there's a set screw somewhere.

The lens can be adjusted by hand - it is normally a bit hard to turn.

Thanks I'll give it a try.
