Title: Missing Icon to open camera view on PC
Post by: ice_breaker68 on September 06, 2012, 11:23:15 PM
I had purchased the X10 Xcam2 wireless system a few years back, however, I believe I was using Windows XP. I had the multi view option on my PC and I have the XX16A Color Cam, XX20A Blk/Wht cam, VK74A pan/tilt kit, and 3ea XCam B/W XC22A cameras, as well as the Video to USB Adapter VA11A and the wireless Audio/Video receiver VR31A and the remotes. Unfortunately my PC took a dump and I switched to a Windows 7 OS. How do I get all my viewing capability back? I downloaded the X10 drivers and attempted to download the XRV remote, but it is unable to complete downloading. Having said all that, how do I open the program to view recordings or view live through my cameras?  B:(

Thank you in advance

VA11A will not work with Windows 7.
You need a VA12A or the latest VA13A Adapter.
