Does anyone know if this camera has a IR cut filter ??

Since it has 66 IR LEDs for night illumination, it is doubtful.

Yes it does.

I stand corrected, but wouldn't that decrease night time picture brightness?

I have other cams with the cut filter and the night vision is as good as one expect for these types of cameras considering their cost
