I have two of these units, 1 is working fine but the other is displaying the image in weird colors. I have ample lighting, have reinstalled unit several times, have unplugged and replugged power cord and no change. Camera worked a few days ago, then when I unplugged power cord to relocate, lost the IP, reinstalled camera and now bad video. Any ideas out there. Thanks, Bernie

Try holding your hand over the lens during the day for about 20 seconds. That will reset the night vision and hopefully fix any problems you're having with color.
