IPCamSetup.exe won't install on computer running win 7 . Using disk that came with camera. Ready to send the whole thing back,very disappointed. Any suggestions?

I have had that same problem..

Download the file from the website support>download section.

Tryed to download, got a bin file which I can't do anything with. Any one been able to convert to iso and can share?

You got a .bin file from theses links?

Did you maybe download firmware updates and not the software?
I believe the firmware is in the .bin format.
