Title: Active x setup
Post by: hjr007 on July 24, 2013, 09:40:22 AM
I have a new xx40a ptz camera.

It works well in firefox but I cannot get it to work with ie10.

I need to setup so that I can get email alerts and log into camera when away.

I have checked and reset all the controls three times but still does not work.

Can anyone direct me to what I need to do.

Laptop running windows 7 home premium, 64 bit.

Ie 10.

Thanks in advance
