Title: Palm Pad Problem - resolved!

If you are having weird lighting problems, staying off or staying on and not responding, check in your sofa cushions and be sure you don't have a Palm Pad stuffed down between the cushions and it can be pressing on one of your buttons and canceling other palm pads from working.

No, still looking. Been through all the sofas and home theater cushions.
