Title: Re-ordering devices or rooms

Is there a simple/reliable way to re-arrange the list of devices or rooms? (I haven't tried scenes.) There does not seem to be any way to drag entries up and down. I tried deleting a misplaced item and adding it back, expecting it to appear at the bottom of the list, but it goes back to its original position. This is something between a bug and a missing feature.

No,  not as of yet. It's one of the polls we were asked to vote on.
