Title: X10WIFI-3way switch

X10WIFI app running on android on Galaxy S7
I have a 3 way light switch using SS13A and WS14A.
I can turn on the lights with the app , but can not turn the light off.

Couple of questions: Will it turn off with any other controller you may have?  What kind of bulb is it, LED, CFL or incandescent? If LED or CFL, try an incandescent and let us know if it works. If it's an LED or CFL the bulb itself might be creating line noise while it's on and using a different brand or adding filter might be the solution.

The SS13A Stick A Switch. Is X10 RF only. What are you to receive it or a transceiver like a RR501 or TM751?
As I don't believe the WiFi HUB has X10 RF capabilities.

Is it possibly a WS13A wall switch with the WS14A companion switch?

I would also think it could be a noisy load. On but not Off can be a noisy load.
