OK, I know I used to know all of this.
I am sure that there is a post here, somewhere, but I can't seem to find it. B:(
I am trying to re-learn the Pre-set Dim command (cmd x'31). The data byte consists of two bits of ramp-speed and six bits of dim level.
Does the "new" LM465, the ones that support softstart, fully support the data byte? Does it support ramp-speeds of 3.7sec, 30sec, 1min, and 5 minutes. And for the six bits of dim level, is x'3F = 100%, x'1F = 50%, and x'00 = 0% ?
Obviously, I am trying this, and it doesn't seem to be working as expected. For example, a ramp-up setting of b'11 doesn't get me a 5 minute ramp-up (more like zero seconds).
Any suggestions or pointers will be greatly appreciated.
