These are industrial boards and designed to fit a standard DDR2 SODIMM connector.
Although it would fit in a cm15 I doubt everything else required to make it work would.

Except for the Pi Compute Module 3+/Lite. There is no SD card slot and you have to program some Flash Memory.
I suspect only real hard core X10 users would even consider one. The average user would probably not touch one.
I also see no Wi-Fi or Blue Tooth listed as a feature. USB, HDMI, programming the Flash Memory look like you have to use the edge connector to access them as there are no connectors on it.
