Title: Install problems

I am having problems installing the drivers
for XP Pro. I have deinstalled and
reinstalled the software. I get USB device
unknown.

I have also tried to install the driver
manually. Still will not recognize the
device/driver.

Any ideas?

Mark: Unplug the ActiveHome USB Interface
from your computer, unplug it from AC power,
and remove the batteries. Connect it all
again and it should work.
