Title: Analysis of Returned CM15As

X10 Pro -

What has X10 learned from the analysis and
testing of the CM15As that have been
returned / exchanged becuase they were not
working?

The interfaces themselves haven't told us a
whole lot -- the physical hardware of all the
units is mostly identical. It's what
programmed in them that's more important, so
the diagnostic data has been more useful in
that respect. The new driver, and many of the
other changes to storing data in the
interface since v3.177 are due to information
we got from diagnostics.

So there were no physical / manufacturing
defects in any of there returned products?
Was it damaged / defective firmware?  User
error and the returned parts actually worked
fine?  Were you able to get them to function
properly by reloading the newest AHP
software?
