Title: Can't get this to come up on my computer

I've loaded all the drivers needed I think
but every time I try to get it going it
tells me I cannot access the x-ray vision
server at this time . Am I doing something
wrong or does this happen often ? Need A
bit of help . Getting pretty discouraged
here
