Title: Cameras not listed/working in AHP

New installation.
Everything seemed to install ok, but when I
launch ActiveHome Pro, it doesn't list my
two cameras in the dropdown of the left
window frame. I have a model xx16a and a
model xx20a powered on (with different Unit
numbers). One is right next to the VR31A
(which is powered/turned ON). Everything is
connected via USB, and there are no
complaints from XP. My Computer -> Hardware
Devices shows that the VA11A is operational
(no warnings/errors). Is there something I
haven't configured properly?

Did you register the iWitness Video Plug-in?
