on Nov 11 I got an Email claiming forum
usere would receive the Smart macro if they
wanted it. I never got mine. I have been
emailing them every day since and after
almost a month X-10 has yet to reply. This
is sad.....

You or your ISP must be filtering or blocking
my e-mail. I've sent you responses every day
this week. I sent you an e-mail from a Gmail
account about 30 minutes ago, just in case.
If you haven't gotten any of these messages,
please let me know in these forums and I'll
see what we can do to get an e-mail through
to you.

Thank you So VERY MUCH for your reply. I
didn't get anything. I get the newsletters
and all my other mail. Active pro updates
ok. I am using outlook express to retreive
my mail from a Yahoo server (pop)

X10 forum representative: If forum users are
eligible for the smart macro module, I would
like to apply for them.
After extensive testing of AHP (and being
quite tolerant of the miscellaneous bugs), I
have concluded that, as supplied, AHP and
the CM15A add little value to *my* current
FireCracker based HA implementation. I truly
believe that the smart macros should be
either standard, or at the very least, free
with the next purchase (of any value,
discounted or otherwise).

Myself also ! I would even consider the
voucher program if I could use the $50
voucher on other X10 products, not just
Motion detectors and a few switches....How
about letting us apply the voucher towards
the camera systems ?

You have to be careful with X10 and their
voucher/X10 Bucks deals, as they tend to
limit them to the non-discounted items only.
It's sometimes better to write off the X10
bucks, and wait for a 4-for-1 or even 6-for-
1 deal.

I never received an email about the free
offer either (I even looked through my
deleted items to see if I dismissed it as
just another X10 advertisement). I bought
the smart macros a week ago, can I get my
$50 back? Anyone else have the same thing
happen to them and get money back?

impression that we would get that plug in for
free. How/where can I obtain the smart macro
plug in ?

X-10 First off THANK YOU VERY MUCH for the
reply & Download. It works just as I hoped.
I was finally able to get rid of having 2 &
3 Modules tied together with relays to do
what the smart macro wil do with 1. Please
accept my appologies for my presistance but
after all the years of dealing with x-10
this purchase has been a nightmare from the
order on, and not getting answers to my
emails for almost a month is a best
flustrating. I will continue to use x-10
and hope you guys are able to correct your
customer support problems. Your products do
work for me. Thank you again

gather this macro download is (or was)
provided free of charge for contributing
members of this forum. Well, since my
purchase of the X10 Activehome package a
month and a half ago, I have been a regular
contributer to these forums....Why was I
not sent one of these links for the free
download ?

Oops...sorry for the multiple
postings...When I posted the prior message,
your apache server said there was an error,
so I submitted it a couple of additional
times...sorry !
