Title: Macros fire in activity monitor, but don't really execute
Post by: michael on November 10, 2005, 09:13:17 PM
I've had Original Active Home running for
many months with no problem whatsoever.

I bought AHP, installed, and manually
recreated the few macros I had in AH.

All macros that used to work with AH will
work in AHP when I click the virtual
macro "button."  I can use the Activity
Monitor to see everything working fine.
However, if I use the remotes (various
ones), the macros will fire and show in the
Activity monitor, but they don't really do
anything.

What's the deal?  I can't belive the version
is at 3.something and I am having all these
issues.  Maybe the decimal should be a digit
to the left. ;-)

Seriously, any help would be much
appreciated.

I think I figured out what was going on.  I
think it was the tranceive settings.  Going
to play with it some more.

Yup. AHP many times reverts to no Tranceived
House Codes and the modules will switch on
the screen but no signnals ate sent over the
powerline. Unless set to be tranceived.
