I just download spca5xx-20041107.tar from
sourceforge. I also downloaded spcaview.
After compliling them into the kernal and
very important you must do the following
modprobe spca50x usbgragger=1. The one has to
be or you just get a black screen. It is
working for me on Fedora 2. It does not
capture images to a file just a viewer but
works I can see my floodcams with my linux
box. Hurray good by Mulitview/xray vision and
all the windows crashing software.
