Title: how do you remote access the images/camera ?

We just got our X.10 and are trying to set
it up at one location, so we can view from a
second location.  Both locations are over
the hurdle with the port forwarding, ie,
both locations have passed the connection
test at
http://www.x10.com/support/netinfo/netinfoadv
ance.htm
but we still can't access images from the
second locations.... we've also tried
(unsuccessfully) to email and ftp the
images.  Can anyone shed any light ?  We're
pretty techno savvy and have spent ALL day
on this. The 800 # wasn't any help.
