Title: Random working lamp module...please help

I have a lamp module that likes to decide to
work or not.  I have it on A-15 and the other
devices in the room are set to A-3 and other
lower numbers.  I have tried letting the
device sit unplugged, I tried rotating the
dials to try to see if that would reset it
but I am not getting anywhere.  What is the
cause of the problem?  activehomepro will not
recognize it.  I flip the switch and it
doesnt respond.

lyonrt:  The most probible cause is poor
phase coupling.  I wrote a tutorial on
